Notch Return & Exchange Policy

• Try Before You Accept: Customers must try on their order while the courier waits.
• No Refunds: All sales are final once the courier leaves.
• Exchange Within 7 Days: Items can be exchanged within 7 days, unworn with tags attached.
• Defective/Wrong Items: Must be reported to the courier immediately.
